Hi Razer, ran into a problem with my razer kraken v4 headset where the adjustable lengths broke after only a year of using the item, I’ve noticed a lot of other users have had the same problem so I was wondering if this would come under warranty specifications or not?

Thank you for sharing your concern here. To properly isolate the issue, was any force applied to the headset that may have caused the plastic to break? Such as dropping it, stretching the earcups wider than usual, or pressure from storing it in a tight space or bag?

 

To proceed further, could you please send me a PM and provide your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. I would also appreciate if you could provide a photo of the broken headset so I can take a closer look. You can upload the photo and proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
