I have been using this mouse for about 5 months, but recently the scroll wheel has developed several issues. Sometimes it does not respond properly, and there is noticeable resistance or a catching sensation when scrolling. In addition, the mouse’s LED lighting is also malfunctioning and occasionally keeps flashing continuously.

 

I have already reinstalled the drivers and checked all related settings, but the issues still persist. I would like to request warranty service for this product.

Hey ​@jkw45890,

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you clean the scroll wheel with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll and LED issue you're currently experiencing.
