i came to razer and registered my basilisk v3 pro. The mouse wheel on it stopped working and i did the necessary test to try to fix it and nothing worked i did find out that it only worked if it was pressed hard and pushed forward hard too. so i started up a chat and did the whole process and was told that it fell under the warranty and that i should keep an eye out for an email. so i got an email saying the were just gonna look into something just in case. i received an update email saying that razer will not honor its warranty because of the reseller is not authorized reseller and i need to contact them. Amazon is on the authorized reseller page, but yet they arent at the same time? when i purchased the mouse i went through the razer store on amazon and purchased it that way but they are not authorized as a reseller. To me it seems im out of luck with my warranty because the way Razer doesnt recognized amazon as an authorized reseller and i use my mouse well alot do to my cg design using blender and the mouse wheel is a very important button. if anyone can help me figure out why im being told i get no warranty but yet amazon is a authorized reseller??????

P.S.

by the way just in case someone from support sees this i can prove that the link from your page takes you to the product i ordered
