Dear Razer Support Team,
I am writing to seek warranty assistance for my Razer Anzu Smart Glasses, which I purchased on June 29, 2025, via Amazon US. I am currently located in Hong Kong.
Recently, the glasses stopped working entirely. While I was using them normally during a regular workout, the Bluetooth suddenly disconnected. Since then, the glasses will not turn on and do not charge at all.
I have attached my Amazon invoice for your reference. Since I am based in Hong Kong, could you please advise me on how I can proceed with an RMA / warranty claim?
