Warranty Chaim for Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition Wired Gaming Controller

Hello:

 

Your site is very circular and confusing.  You seem to be trying NOT TO accept warranty claims!

have spent A LOT of time trying to figure out how to initiate a warranty claim.  My controller intermittently disconnects.  I have tried different USB ports, connector cables, updated drivers.  I am done with it!   just want a warranty claim. 

 

Please help me.

Have you tried adjusting Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition Gaming Controller’s polling rate and update its firmware?
