Hello,
I have a broken headset that is still under warranty and I am directed to the Razer Support page to contact them for an RMA. When I get to that page and validate my serial # and it show’s my device is still under warranty, I am directed to a chat page that does not work. The chat button is greyed out and there is nothing that can be done. No email or phone # either to contact support.
Can someone assist from support team?
