Warranty Concerns HUNTSMAN V2 TKL

I had some trouble with my keyboard less than a year ago.
At some point it just went haywire and held the last key I pressed for 3-4 seconds.
-Tried razer support since it has a 2y. warranty (?). Couldn’t find any help. Got frustrated and gave up.

This is my real and honest attempt at maybe getting the help I need, see what my options are.

I did the basic troubleshooting like one of the razer videos instructed- nothing helped.  I’d taken great care of the keyboard so it was especially upsetting when it malfunctioned.

WHAT CAN I DO?! 😭
Any and all help is appreciated.

I'm here to help. Have you tried connecting the keyboard to another computer to see if the issue persists? Please perform the troubleshooting steps here to fix the issue. If the problem occurs, please PM me with your keyboard's serial number and invoice for warranty validation.

I would appreciate it if you could share the list of all the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far so I can scratch them off my list.
