I bought a Razor Orochi V2 last year (January), but recently the scroll wheel stopped working. From what I understand the warranty is for two years, but I can't start the process because it doesn't recognize the order number (purchased on Amazon France), what should I do?
Purchased directly from Amazon? Or 3rd party seller at amazon?
If the 1st: contact Razer Support directly via: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/ (you just have to type your serial number from the mouse and use chat or submit a case).
If 3rd party seller on Amazon - then you might contact the seller directly to start RMA process.

Thank you again for you reply, I get in touch with Amazon but didn’t worked for me because of amazon policies. Long story short, when i bought the mouse i received the package in perfect condition but the product box was completely destroyed and without the battery. I contacted them for a refund and they gave me a gift voucher to buy the battery. This shows in their system that I used the product warranty, I returned the product to amazon and received a reply that no exchange will be made or warranty activated. Thank you for your help!
