Warranty on keyboard in Australia

I live in Australia I purchased the BlackWidow  V4 Pro in October 24. The S key has stopped lighting up. I have tried everywhere to get help with warranty before the Oct cutoff date arrives but have had no luck. I love the board but having the key unlit is really annoying. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thank you.
