Warranty Question on second hand product

Hello Everyone,

 

I bought a second hand Blade 16(2025) from FaceBook Marketplace as a christmas gift to myself. The price was too good to pass up. I didn’t realize that there are some QC issues with the system and now the track pad is all wonky. Is there anyway I can send this in for repair?

Let me assist you with your Blade 16. I can forward your case to our Technical Team so they can assist you with out of warranty repairs. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and note it in your case? Please also describe the issue you’re currently experiencing wtih your trackpad.
