Warranty Razor Naga

Hello,I purchased a Razor Naga Left Handed Edition from France on September 5 2021, with the RazerCare Elite For Mice and 2 buttons of my mouse do not work since one month, how can I request a replacement or repair?
I just registered my mouse thinking I could then get the warranty but I can't find where.

I use google translate, sorry ^^’.

Does it make any difference when Synapse is temporarily disabled? You can also try using a can of compressed air and spray it in between the gaps to remove any debris. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
