Warranty serial submit button not working

theres another thing similar to this on here but the answer was “pm me” on it so yep

I have something I needed help with, so i put in the serial number, it’s valid and has an active warranty. When clicking the submit button though literally nothing happens. I’ve done the common stuff, different browsers, incognito, disabled extensions, different devices, and wiped cookies. As far as i can tell its not possible for me to open a tab with it, right clicking doesn’t even give the option.
 

as far as I know this is kinda the only way to get an answer since im locked out of support on this one. if someone could help it would be great
