Warranty status of my Razer Blade 16 (2023)

Hello,

 

I’ve recently bougth a Razer Blade 16 (2023) brand-new from Turkey but I couldn’t verify the warranty status with the serial number. There is a warranty checker which tells me that the product serial number is not found and there is another one which is telling that my laptop’s warranty is expired. Could you please help me about it?

Hi emingul,

Where did you purchase your laptop? Also, was it bought brand new? Please send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer Blade and your proof of purchase so I can check this further for you. Thank you!
