Warranty Support for Barracuda X Mercury Edition

I’m from the UK and my Barracuda X has recently broken down so I wanted to contact warranty support. The chat function is the only available communication but it’s not working for me because it keeps looping asking for my name, surname, email and serial number even though I have already filled it in once.

If any Razer support staff sees this, could you please open a request ticket manually for me? Thanks 🙏
