Warranty Support for Headset

Hi, does anyone know how i can contact Razer support for a “Razer Kaira X for Xbox - Wired Gaming Headset for Xbox Series X|S - White - FRML Packaging” which has developed a fault? It is a connection issue, as the headset stops working if the end of the cable is turned one way, yet other headsets/earphones work fine.
