A little background regarding my issue.

So my wife bought me a Razer Raiju Tournament edition in the spring of 2021 because it came highly recommended by a couple of my friends. I LOVED this controller when I first got it. Took a little getting used to size wise but I have trouble with my right arm due to nerve damage and this controller made a huge difference due to remapping buttons etc. Then the drift issue started, barely noticable at first but quickly became a huge issue as my toon in ESO and FFXIV would just take off out of nowhere. I downloaded and installed the firmware update to no avail. It worked for a total of 5 minutes. During this time my ability to use L2 as a quick trigger was lost due to the trigger ignoring the fact that I have the slide in position to MAKE it rapid fire acts like it's not even there. It feels like it is hitting the lock/slide and bending around it.

I contacted Razer support last night as the drift issue is to the point I can't use the controller what so ever. I typed in my S/N, the same one I used to register my controller through the website AND app to remap buttons, and an error message tells me the system can not find my controller SN. Ummm ok? But it was good enough to register it to begin with. Contacted live chat and talked to an agent who again told me the SN could not be found. I then proceeded to snap a pic of the SN and send it to the representative but I did not know he had already responded asking me if the info he had displayed was correct. I assumed he found the controller because the info matched everything on the controller. Proceeded to tell him what the issues were, how long I owned the controller etc. During the Convo my wifi dropped out and the Convo was cut off.

I just sign in to check the status of my claim out to be told my controller by some MIRACLE is no longer covered under the ONE YEAR warranty. Kinda irritating for one the drift issue is WELL KNOWN and controller have had to be replaced because the firmware update and cleaning and whatever else they have you do makes no difference. I'm not asking for anything more then why is fair. If they can fix my original controller and send it back I'm good with that or if they have to replace it with a new controller I'm good with that too. But to be told all of a SUDDEN my controller is not covered? Bullshit. Anyone else have this issue?
I know it's frustrating but let me assist you with this. Where did you purchase the device? Do you mind sharing a photo of the controller showing the serial number? Save it on Google Drive, then send me the shareable link via PM. Don't forget to include the case number so I can review it. Let's continue from there.

I'll be locking this thread now.
