WASD not working in factory settings mode

I am unable to use the WASD keys while in factory setting mode. Please help I have a huntsman V3 pro

    Could you test it while Synapse turned off (right click on Razer Central icon in systray and exit all apps) or the best - try it on another PC without Synapse installed.
