I’ve tried to find out if my RAZER BASILISK V3 - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE - FRML PACKAGING has a warranty and of course it asked me for my serial number, so i typed it in and it gave me 

We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.

  • The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again.
  • If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.

Did you somehow checked it via this website: https://www.razer.com/razercare/warranty ?

If yes, then it’s not for warranty checker itself, it’s only for checking if you’re eligible for extended (additional) Razer Care warranty, and it’s only for devices bought directly through Razer.com (everything is described on the website).

All Razer mouses have 2 years of limited warranty. If you have some invoice or receipe, then you’ll find when it was bought.
