We are unable to locate your serial number in our database(error)

I purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) headset about a year and a half ago. For the past two or three months, I've been experiencing issues with the headset's speakers. I entered the serial number on the website to check if my headset is under warranty and received an error message saying, "We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.." What should I do?

Basically - you register new devices here: https://razerid.razer.com/products/new then you can submit a ticket on Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/categories/m/pc

Assume you’ve tried to check warranty via Razer Care (extended warranty) website - which IS NOT appropriate to items bought out of razer.com website (there’s an info about this).

Also where did you bought it?

Alternatively, if it's easier, could you please send a photo of your device clearly showing the serial number so I can take a closer look? You can upload the photo to your Google Drive and share the link here. Please make sure the sharing settings are set to “Anyone with the link can view.”
