Hello so I bought a Razer Mercury White Advanced Model 2018 refrubished couple months ago and recently my microphone and webcam have stopped working. Can someone please guide me on how to troubleshoot and fix this issue. Thank You!

Where did you purchase the refurbished model, and what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? In any case, please PM me the serial number of the laptop and a screenshot of your System Information, so I can check the Windows, BIOS, and firmware version installed. Let's go from there.
