webcam isnt working and screen blurry at 60

hallo, i have problem with my webcam and screen. the webcam is just flashing on and off see video and sometimes it starts working for 5 min and than again for a day it flashes. i suspect its an win update issue. maybe someone can help I don't like sending the thing for repair and be 10 days without it. the other thing is the display its so blurry when 60 fps content is running. its a 144hz panel and i don't think it should be this bad. its also blurry at 144 fps content but only a little bit. it happens on gta 5 ff7 and any other 60 fps content. if i run gta 5 above 100 its just noticeable a little bit. thanks for any help and have a look at the video evidence.     Have you tried reinstalling the webcam drivers yet? I also highly recommend that you reinstall Synapse as well by following this guide. Anyway, the blurry 60 fps performance can be a bit tricky. But you will want to roll back to an older Nvidia driver to check if the problem persists. Do send me the serial number of the laptop and a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
