Webcam Not Working Razer Blade 15 Base Model

Everytime I turn on the in built camera app or zoom, the webcam light on the top of the display to the left of the camera just flashes and it doesn't work. The device shows up properly in device manager and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the device without success. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    Check windows permission settings. Maybe built in camera app/zoom are not allowed to use camera in system.
