I can set up 2-step authentication on my mobile device using the code provided to be by email, but I cannot use it on the site. For example, if I want to change a locked field in my account, it prompts me to enter a code and emails me another code, but neither that code nor the one in my authenticator do anything.
When I type the code into the prompt, it does not provide a means of submitting it. It just allows me to cancel or wait for the 3-minutes to generate a new code, which it will then email to me and the result is the same.
I've never encountered an issue with 2 step like this before anywhere else. I have no idea why it doesn't function and the support article does not resolve the issue.
Any ideas?
