Recently bought the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headphone and was going pretty well at first, until I tried using the custom EQ settings and play some games.
The EQ works fine with Valorant, Apex Legends, YouTube Music and such but when I try with Elden Ring and Ghost of Tushima DC, there is this audio cracking/cutting in and out problem.
I noticed that the volume became extremely loud as if the EQ were adjusted to maximum value. It only happen when opening those two specific games, and didn't happen when listening to music or valorant/apex.
Things that fixed:
- Completely uninstall Razer Synapse Beta
- Audio enhancements OFF in Windows
If there is any other solution involving not changing the custom EQ or mic EQ, please do share it.
