Okay, Recently for some reason my headset has had it left driver cut of and my right one was only producing sound and if i gave it a good slap/smack then it would go back to normal and I am sure that there is no way the synapse would something so random like this but I am not sure if I should give them for warranty or repair or something else.

    Update #1 The same thing had occurred now on the right driver and it stopped working
