Weird sounds since last synapse update | Razer Insider

Hey guys,



I am using the Razer Blackshark V2 and I am actually very happy with them but from time to time if synapse gets a new update it breaks the sound of my headset. It is very difficult to discribe. It sounds like you are in a cave or something and the 3D sound is trash. It is not a techniqual issue I tried them on my surface and their I dont have this kinda Problem. Does anyone have a clue or idea. Would be nice if someone can help me out

Ensure that the headset's firmware is updated by downloading the file here. Also, try unchecking the enhancement options by referring to the screenshot below:
