Weird Start Bar Glitch

Hi there - weird issue. I’m not sure what would cause this to try to troubleshoot this myself - but my laptop will randomly flash into this thing where multiple start bars cover the screen and split/duplicate the desktop. I typically experience the issue when using non full screen apps like Chrome. So far the only way I have found to get out of the bug is to hit the windows key or power off. Any ideas how to fix this? The laptop is a Blade Stealth and is less than a year old
