what can I do for a case like that?

Hi Support team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard. Some keys — like Escaper tab, Ctrl, shift, Caps lock land ) —and when i do a hard reset they work but they randomly. Start typing other keys example sometimes Escape type also caps lock and sometimes the keyboard is typing by itself.

 

this happens when I tried to install chroma and synapseapp to change the color of the RGB.

 

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Tested the keyboard on multiple systems (Windows 11, TV)

• Tried different USB-C cables and ports

• Reset the keyboard (Escape + Caps Lock + Spacebar)

• Updated to the latest firmware

• i also uninstalled the driver in the device manager

• Installed and uninstalled Razer Synapse

• Checked all system settings, including keyboard layout and power management

 

The keyboard has never been dropped and never came in contact with any liquid.

 

what should I do?

Please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
