What can I do if the product has been recorded by someone else before?

While trying to save my razer blackshark v2 X headphones, which I ordered from China (n11 sales site) as a factory outlet, there is a message like "The product has been saved before, contact the support team if you have not registered it" appears. I couldn't find the solution to my problem on the site, can you help?
