Hey. Unfortunately, from the beginning, the cables in my headphones RAZER Kraken Kitty V2 got tangled VERY quickly (I don't know, probably something was twisted inside). It's so bad that there's nothing I can do about it and I need a new cable to continue using the headphones. Can I get help? Can I buy this cable or pay for a replacement? Please for reply. Thank you
Oh and I tried to return it for warranty but I was told that I could have reported it earlier and that's my problem. I just want a new cable... :( I really love these headphones
