Not only are the products buggy and overpriced, but the software is just as bad and somehow the customer service is even worse. 

 

Commenting on a forum about this seems to be promoting their mods to close the conversation and push it to individual support (which remains unresponsive) so they're literally silencing the discussion about their poor customer service  and tech support. Just keep buying the products and don't worry about it the actually work or not. 

 

Current public opinion of Razer is no secret and yet they have managed to achieve a staggering level of willful ignorance towards the ongoing issues plaguing this once great brand. 

 

After many years as a devoted Razer customer and several devices, I'm moving on and I suggest we all do as well. Razer has fallen far from what gained them the fame they enjoy. They're not earning it anymore.  Anyone still dealing with Razer, I wish you the very best. You'll need it. I'm moving on in search of a reliable product and company.
