What do I do at this point? (Razer Kishi v1 sticks/buttons not working) | Razer Insider

I bought a Razer Kishi v1 about a year ago and the device was working fine for a few months until I was charging my phone using the USB-C passthrough on the bottom-right of the device. When I unplugged it, the buttons were acting up so I unplugged it. Ever since I did that, those buttons no longer work, and its a good majority of them that don’t work anymore either due to this, making every game I use it for unplayable (Left stick, triggers, d-pad, some face buttons). My controller no longer has warranty on it so what should I do to try to fix it?

Hello!

Same exact thing happened to me, the way you described it to the detail.

Always worked fine, today I plugged it along with the charging USB C pass through and it started acting up weird and "spamming" random buttons on its own. Unplugged and plugged back and now everything but the Y, A, B, pressing the right analog stick in and the start button are the only things that work. Everything else has no response.

I have no idea why this happened.

Did you ever manage a fix since?

Thank you
