What does the multiplier mean in paid to play?

These days the game appears with the reward that gives 200 or 25 and then some appear a multiplier of X8 or X4, but when I download it and play it does not multiply anything and they only give me 200 or 25 silver, what is it? What must be done so that it multiplies correctly when the events are present? thanks.

The normal reward is 25 zsilver, so if its say 8x, is actually 8x25=200 zsilver not 8 x 200 z silver, the 200 would be the total reawarded
