Are you sure, that it’s not cable fault? The most exposed points are near USB plug and near mouse - try to bend the cable, to check if this is not the issue. Also I’d check the mouse on other PC without Synapse installed.

There’s no firmware update yet for the Razer DeathAdder Chroma. If you're experiencing a connection issue, try to use a different USB port or reinstall the driver of your mouse. Ive tried different computers and all the ports, this has happened sporadically since I got it. Its only like  1 to 5 times a day every other day and just for like 1 second to reconnect so it isn't unusable just frustrating at the wrong time.  Ill PM you
