I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a completely unresolved case that has now been ongoing for approximately 4–5 years.
In 2021, while working as a member of staff at Currys, I purchased a Razer gaming laptop. Within a few months, the device developed significant faults including battery issues, overheating, and random shutdowns.
I returned the laptop to Currys oldham branch, and it was sent off for repair. I remained patient initially due to the COVID-19 situation at the time. However, months turned into a year with no resolution. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I received little to no meaningful communication.
Now, nearly 4–5 years later, I have still not received my laptop back from either razer or Currys, nor have I been offered a replacement, refund, or proper update. This is completely unacceptable. I am left without the product I paid for and without any clear explanation.
At this point, I consider this a complete failure in customer service and accountability. I have full evidence including purchase details, emails, and supporting documentation.
I am requesting immediate action to resolve this matter. I would appreciate a member of the Razer team reviewing this case and coordinating with Currys to provide a resolution as soon as possible.
If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate further through formal complaints and consumer protection channels.
