What is the point of Warranty Registration?
I am being asked to provide proof of purchase details which were originally provided as part of warranty registration and due to having to replace a failed hard drive, I no longer have a copy of the invoice. However, Customer Care refuse to process my RMA request without the Proof of Purchase. Surely the Serial Number of my keyboard should be in their system as a registered device as well as my original copy of the invoice, so why the grief for me, the consumer?
About ready to cut ties with Razer, purely for their poor "customer care". shame as their products are generally pretty good.
