What is the Warranty for Keyboard?

I brought the keyboard last year in June, is it  not2 years warranty? Says my product is not register. I register my product and even uploaded the proof of purchase. The AI bot keep going round and round. How do I file a claim?

    Please note that Razer keyboards are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If you purchased your keyboard last year in June and have valid proof of purchase, it may still be within the warranty period.

    To help check your warranty eligibility and assist with your claim, please send me a PM along with the device’s serial number and a photo of your proof of purchase so I can check its warranty details and assist you further. You can upload the photo using this link and then send me the link once it’s uploaded.
