The mouse gets stuck. The cursor jumps and gets stuck. When this happens in a game, the game stutters. Valorant, for example.
I bought this mouse on July 29, 2023. I used it clean. Not even 1 year has passed since the day I bought it.
Please someone tell me that this is a simple problem.

Have you tried playing other games? There’s a firmware update that you can attempt. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check my resources for other troubleshooting steps.
