It’s currently 1am and there are still no answers as to why my 2020 blackshark v2 wired headset isn’t responding to any equalizer changes in either synapse 3 or 4. i’ve uninstalled them both clean since 9pm, restarting, then reinstalling them again; i’ve looked around my pc, device manager, and even unplugging the jack out of the sound card then into an audio jack but still nothing, the pc doesn’t recognize the headset without the usb sound card.
i’ve recently swapped an ssd in my pc, i don’t have run a gpu, i’ve had this headset since 2022. (just some random info that could help solve this.)
it’s been a long day, im tired, i just want to game with some decent sound quality. help
