When i first baught the mouse it said that the mouse had a low battery so i inserted a second smaller one cuz i thougt it should be like that now my mouse is low on battery life and i cant take out the old battery

+1No, you should use AA OR AAA battery only (one at a time).
It’s really hard to put another battery, because they’ll block each other slot. So you can only pry the batteries and prey to not damage anything.
yo, i know this is 3 months old but i just had the same problem. Just turn the mouse of then push back the double A (the bigger one) and than take something small so you can lift it up. Then take something like pointed pliers and get the battery out, then you can remove the second one and put the AA back in.
i just figured it out, first find a plastic card that you dont need anymore because it can potentially get scratched, put it in the left side, like to the left of the big battery, and stick it in as much as you can, then try to lift the batteries with some strength, then both batteries will pop out then just take the small one out first.

Just created an account to thank you, just got the mouse and the first thing I done was stick in two batteries, managed to get them out and the mouse is working.
