what/where is the serial number??

i think its on the litlle paper band in the cable, you can see that if you download the master guide, look it up

I am aware it is supposed to be on the little tag on the cord, but when I look at it, on the white side, I see a qr code, (the scanners i've tried haven't worked) the model number, (not the serial number, what I need) and where i'd expect to see the serial number, it just says made in china. when I look at the black side, it clearly has no serial number either. this was actually a replacement because the original one I got was defective out the box, but these ones have been working for a decent amount of time, but work no longer, so I of course want to take out my warranty, the original pair I got also had no serial number on it. also, when I try to contact razer support, and click on the chat option, it does nothing, and opening a new tab just makes the page again. picture is a bit blurry, but you can clearly tell there's no serial number, just qr, model number, "gaming headset" and "made in china"

Can you help with upload an image here. I'm free to help you. But regarding of "Made in China" it doesnt matter.. It shows that the product was made/assemble in china. Doesnt show it was a fake or authentic product. Even an original also got that label. In Asia, Yes, Razer product did assemble in China, But everything Engineered or Designed By USA. Same goes to Apple.
