Seriously guys, people have been complaining about this for literally years. There are posts about it from 2018.

It's really not good enough for us to have to close Synapse down before running any game. You'll be playing a game and then suddenly, about every half hour, you'll lose control because Synapse has done a sync with the cloud and stole Windows focus.

It's always your software that lets you down. I've been a Razer customer for years. My first Razer product was a Boomslang. The hardware you produce is second to none but every generation of your software is horrible to use on top of being extremely unreliable. And even that wouldn't be so bad if you listened to complaints and did something about it. 4 years!!! Nothing. Tumbleweed. Not even an acknowledgement that you're aware of the problem. And then the posts complaining about it are closed down without a reply.
