When i logging in on the app i'm getting kicked out

Hi guys, when i launch the razer app this one open ask me to log in and then open a window with all of my data. After 30 secon or 1 minute kick me out and ask me to re log in. How i can fix that?? Thanks to all.

I have the same issue since one week. Today i Reinstall all software and nothing change. After log in is automaticly logout.

it been doing the same thing for too. I just got a huntsman about 2 weeks ago and the razer software only stay logged in for 2 days and it keep logging me out. After I logged in, it kicks me out after 5 min. I did try to delete and reinstall many times and it still repeats.

Thanks for sharing. Please replicate the issue by creating another local Windows user account. Follow the steps below: 1. Select the Start button, then Settings > Accounts>Family & other users. (In some editions of Windows, it is "Other users"). 2. Select "Add someone else to this PC". 3. Select “I don't have this person's sign-in information”, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account. 4. Enter a user name, password, password hint, or choose security questions, and select Next. I'll wait for your follow-up.
