When I try to open the Razer Synapse 3 installer it immediately closes

Hi For several hours I have tried to fix the issue I have been having where whenever I open the razer synapse 3 installer, the installer immediately opens. I then get the error message "Failed to write installer file (No such file or directory)" is there any way to fix this?? Thanks BlueyKazooie
