When is flick my razer viper v3 pro mouse side to side really fast it its not responsive

I recently got the razer viper v3 pro and I didn't receive the little Usb but idk if it comes with it or not, I connected the dongle to my pc and it connected but when I flick side to side really fast it takes some time to fully turn in game, I'm sure its not my pc since I had the Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed and it never had that issue. and I've also updated to the latest drivers. Thanks
