When the mouse goes to sleep or is woken up, the keyboard’s lighting flickers.

I’m using a Huntsman V2 and a Viper V3 Pro with Synapse 3. After my mouse sits idle for five minutes and enters sleep mode, the keyboard’s lighting effects (Chroma) turn off and then immediately restart (it flashes once)— and it happens again when I wake the mouse up. How can I fix this? It’s been annoying me for days. I can’t stand that every time I watch a video for more than five minutes (mouse’s sleep timeout), the keyboard flashes... flashes again when the mouse wake up. I’m not using automatic keyboard backlight shutdown, and the mouse doesn’t have an option to disable sleep mode (I need it).
I’ve already tried reinstalling Synapse 3 twice, using different USB hubs, and disabling Windows’ “USB selective suspend.”. Would installing Synapse 4 fix this? please help!
