Whenever I talk loud, my BlacksharkV2 cuts out

I got a BlacksharkV2 recently, and everything with it is fine except the fact that it cuts my voice out when I talk too loud. This gets very annoying very quickly when I'm on discord and trying to give comms to my friends. I have this problem with both the sound card that comes with it and through the 3.5mm jack. I don't care what option I have to use (sound card or jack), but I just want my audio to stop cutting out when I get loud. My friends on discord say that I become extremely quiet whenever I get loud / it is impossible for them to hear me. I have already tried to remove all the enhancements on the sound card and this is still a problem. I'd be open to try pretty much everything to get this to work. Thanks!
