Where are laptops shipped from for orders placed on the EU website?

Hello!

 

I tried reaching out to Razer by e-mail, but I found nothing. So I am asking the question here, hoping someone will be able to reply.

 

I’d like to preorder the new Razer Blade 16, on the European website, because I live in Portugal. For European orders, does Razer ship their laptops from an European warehouse or do they come from USA or Asia and I’ll have to deal with import fees charged at my local customs? Or does the total price to pay on the website already include EU import taxes? I can’t find this information anywhere. Yes, I’ve searched before posting this question.

    I also tried to understand, because i was interested in buying a blade 18 to be delivered in Portugal, but for what i was told, the new laptops come from out of Europe, so probably we are subject to pay extra vat and costum fees. If anyone  from Portugal that bought a laptop from Razer could clarify the process, what tax and extras fees should we expect if buying a laptop from razer to Portugal besides the taxes that already appears in the checkout.

    I had issues with contacting support team, wrote two tickect, one at March 5th with zero response :/ and now I noticed that Razer 16 is not available anylonger
