My Razer Nari Ultimate cannot connect using it’s USB wireless Dongle, this started after software update, in windows device manager the dongle is no longer listed. Please help me solve this issue, I don’t want to trough away a good headset because the dongle is not working!

Having the exact same issue. I've paired it with a known working dongle and the headset works fine tried pairing the other headset with the broken dongle and it won't detect in windows at all.
