Where can I find my Razer activation code?

I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset from an authorized retailer in Türkiye. However, when I opened the box, there was no card containing an activation code. I would like to use the 7.1 Surround Sound feature, but I don't know where to obtain the activation code. Could you please help me?

Thank you for sharing your concern here.You can still obtain an activation code by registering your headset to your Razer account. 

Please register your headset using this link. Once the registration is successfully completed, the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code will be sent to the email address associated with your Razer account. Please be sure to check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder.

If you have already registered the headset and have not received the activation code, please send me a PM with your headset's serial number and the email address used for registration so I can assist you further.
